If we have the wrong delivery address and we are made aware of the mistake we will do our upmost to redirect the order to the correct address. We strongly suggest that you check your confirmation email to ensure you have entered all details correctly. Another delivery fee may need to be paid if we are not made aware of mistake before delivery.

If no one is home to receive the flowers our driver will leave them in a safe place. If there is a locked gate and nowhere safe to leave the flowers our driver will call the recipient to ask for further instructions or try to leave with a neighbour. In the rare case all these steps are not suitable the flowers will be returned to the shop and another delivery fee will be charged. There will be no refund on the flowers.  

Due to the fresh nature sometimes, the growers do not have the exact flowers available or we may not be happy with the quality, in that situation we will replace the flower with something similar and of equal value. If it is going to be completely different to what is ordered, such as colour, size or shape we would then contact you via your contact details on order form.
