Delivery Fee for Richmond, Hawthorn, Kew, Malvern, Camberwell, Toorak, Balwyn, Canterbury -  $15.00 AUD

For the remainder of Melbourne and Australia - $25 AUD

We offer same day delivery if you order before 1 pm, If for some reason this is not possible we will contact you. If you require flowers to be delivered at a specific time, please let us know as we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. We do offer a 2-hour or 4-hour service. Please book the 4 hour service by phone.

If the wrong delivery address is given, and we are made aware of the mistake, we will do our utmost to redirect the flowers (another delivery fee may need to be paid). If we are not made aware of the mistake then we take no responsibility, therefore please ensure you have the correct address in the delivery address when checking out.

If no one is home and the driver feels the flowers can be left safely, he will leave them.

If the house has a lock gate and no one is home and we cannot contact the person receiving the flowers the flowers will be left with a neighbour If they are returned back to the shop another delivery free will need to be paid and no refund on the flowers purchased will be given. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the flowers, or email us with instructions.

If the courier does not deliver the flowers to the street address given on the order a full refund will be given.

RETURNS

We do our utmost to ensure that flowers are fresh and to the standard of the photograph. If you are unhappy with your flowers you will need to send us a photo and email we will then take appropriate actions to rectify the problem.
